  Joel Ralph was our Mortgage Broker....she was simply AMAZING!!! She was available to us 24/7 through return phone calls, texts or emails. Joel and her team made the mortgage process stress free for my husband and myself. She reassured us daily that everything was running on schedule. Joel went above and beyond the "call of duty". She knew how anxious we were to move into our new condo...she worked tirelessly , along with our Realtor, Art Rose, to make our closing happen! Also, Joel helped me navigate through the computer process as I was unsure of how to upload certain documents. Joel patiently walked me through the steps.   Joel Ralph was great from beginning to the end,our loan process took well over a year since we were building a new house and she was on top of everything despite covid-19 slowing the whole project down due to shortage of materials.she did her best to make sure we closed on this house,sometimes sending us documents that needed to be signed and guiding us through the whole process after working hours and also on the weekends.Betty and I would definitely recommend Joel to our family and friends...thanks so much Joel we really appreciate your good work.

  I highly recommend Joel Ralph and Guaranteed Rate Affinity! As a first time homebuyer, Joel was helpful to explain the home buying process and the new vocabulary I had to learn. She was extremely responsive and completed my requests with very short notice, which helped me seal the deal on my new home! Another plus is they offered very competitive rates.
