  Garit Allen has many outstanding qualities that transition very well into his role at Wintrust Mortgage, as a Mortgage Consultant. Not only did Garit provide us with great service during our refinancing process, his experience in this industry made us feel that he was one step ahead of our thought processes the entire time! Not only do you always get Garit, not his voice mail, but it seems that he has anticipated any question you may pose, and has the answer ready for you. I can not remember him ever saying "Let me look that up and get back to you". Rather, he had all answers either in his head or written down, anticipating any of our questions in advance. That type of Customer Service is very rare in todays fast paced world! He also, when meeting face to face, made it clear he wanted all our questions and concerns settled before we left his office.   The experience of purchasing or refinancing has become quite intense. Garit went above and beyond to explain the process and he advised us to refinance which saved us an enormous amount of money. I will use him the next time I purchase a home and would highly recommend him to others!
