      This is a review of Guaranteed Rate Affinity (GRA) in general, without regard to any specific office or loan officer. In the 3 months it took to get our simple, small mortgage approved, we never got a guarantee that GRA would get this done. We experienced a long, tedious, confusing process, made harder still by their perpetual pleadings for more and more information, with multiple GRA staff calling, writing, texting and changing the rules as they went along, while placing all the blame on everyone's boogeyman, "The Government."
