      very disorganized group with Brian Jessen and Cheryl Kusmann. They misplace tax documents and submitted the wrong loan terms to underwriting and did not have experience with a release of mortgage; You will spend countless hours resending the proof and financial documents they accept and then either lose or misplace, They will not review the documents for closing with you. THEY DON"T CARE TO BE PROFESSIONAl; That is the the truth; so help me God.
