  I went through Adam at Guaranteed Rate for my first mortgage. As a first time home buyer, the entire process can be daunting. Adam led me through the entire process from when I first started to look into buying a home and educating me on how even get started through signing the last document at closing day. The closing process was very simple as everything got uploaded into an easy to access folder. Each employee that I worked with at each part of the closing was very responsive to each question I had and helped get everything done right before the holidays.
