  I've worked with Joseph Smith and his team for 2 mortgages, and 1 refinance and have nothing but great things to say. He truly makes it a conversation, talking about what will work, trade-offs, and best practices. The process is super simple, being able to just securely upload files (rather then having to try and fax documents). Joe was able to get me one of the best rates I have seen and is always willing to talk about new opportunities. Will definitely continue to use in the future! Such an easy experience compared to many banks!

  Joe and all others were great to work with- the pain of getting all the data together was brutal for me/us but they guided us well through the whole process. Some areas were difficult but their dedication and experience made it seem painless for us-when done! Lots of work but they did a superb job helping us and getting this done on such short notice-a lot of money in about 3 weeks-from start to the closing date- thanks all-THey are great
