I worked with Mark Whitaker. He does not know what he is doing. I sent him all the information he requested. We received a prequel letter and searched for a home in our price range. After getting a contract on a house the next day Mark says we don’t qualify for the loan. If he had done his job to begin with he would’ve known how much we would qualify for. Instead he lied to me and told me we qualified for more money than we did. Therefore, we no longer qualified for the house. If he know what he was doing he would’ve done his job from the beginning. I recommend if you want to buy a house stay away from this lender. He will lie to you and destroy you dreams of getting a home.
