  After teaching Consumer Behavior at the Collegiate level for 28 years, I definitely shopped around looking to find the best overall policies for my family. Everyone wants to make sure they have a knowlegeable customer service representative who will shop around and find the "best" overall policy that fits the needs of the individual(s). Carol did just that! She went above and beyond to find just what we were looking for and most of all what we needed! Carol is very personable and explains everything very thoroughly.
