  I am fairly new to Plymouth Rock Insurance, but definitely not new to having to deal with an insurance claim. Recently, my car had a run in with a deer. I submitted my claim online the next day, and it was so quick and easy, very user friendly. I was also able to schedule the appraiser to come right to my work to assess the damage. Jaime was super friendly, and only took about 3 minutes of my time. She assessed my car at 1:30, by 3:00 I had my appraisal emailed to me, and by 7:00 the same day I got a text message stating the money for my claim had been deposited to my account. Once my appointment was booked at the repair shop, Plymouth Rock also set me up with Enterprise so I will have a vehicle while mine is in the shop. Talk about customer service!!! I would hands down recommend this company. In my 20+ years on the road I have never had such amazing, easy, and fast service. I'd also like to give a huge shout out to Heather Broyles, my go-to girl at GIA. She always finds me the BEST rates, and is always there with a quick response to any and every question I have. I always send anyone in need her way, and she never disappoints.
