  I just closed two difficult loans with Greenbox and I can say that both teams that handled my two loans were spectacular. They were on top of things, efficient, understanding, patient and flexible. The Regional Sales Manager John was the best to work with. He knew his stuff and was as caring about my borrowers as much as I. I would 100% recommend them and I will certainly be sending them more loans. Way to go Greenbox! Thanks!

  Being a LO and knowing all ins and outs, process and steps necessary to close a deal, I can say with 100% confidence that Greenbox Loans team really took care of my buyer. We needed an unconventional lending and we got it. Jumbo loans take 35-45 days to close and John M team did it in 17 business day, WOW. This deal was very unique and complex for most but not for this guys, they knew exactly how to approach it and how to work it to the end. Of coarse any self employed income loan is a hassle and of coarse there are some nerves involved but at the end of the day we have a family who is moving into a beautiful home and it would not have happened if it wouldn’t be for this guys. True team work!!!! Very impressed with the involvement of the president of the company, true passion to helping clients. If you are looking for unconventional lending, look no further, this team knows what they are doing.

  I am closing two simultaneous ITIN loans with Greenbox this week and I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had two UW teams and both teams and their account managers were on top of the files. They were efficient, understanding, patient, responsive, and knowledgeable and gave great care to my two files. The Regional Sales Manager John and his team member Kory were always aware of what was happening on the file and were always there to answer a question, resolve an issue and help push these files along to closing. Together we made an awesome team working on these files as a well-oiled machine. I will certainly be sending more loans to Greenbox. Greenbox - I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Way to go!

  I used Greenbox loans for the first time. We closed the loan in 15 days! Our Rep John Madarang and his team were excellent. They provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. They were on top of everything. I had an excellent experience using Greenbox and I will definitely continue using them and I recommend them for all your nonQM needs. Good job guys!

  We had to go back to square one and we decided not to use them again. We went with a different company only this time, they DENIED our request for a loan for an absolutely ridiculous reason! Finally, we found Greenbox. Not only did they do everything right the first time, but the entire process took no time at all and we were finally able to purchase the new home we found (which is actually better than the first one we loved so it ended up working out in the end).

  Where do I begin? To say my case was difficult would be an under statement! My Original loan officer (third party) was an absolute nightmare to work with so I did some digging and came across this angel. John!!! I reached out to John in complete desperation after months of being ignored and flat out lied to by this so called “loan officer” and I am so glad I found John. As soon as I got on the phone with him he was considerate and understanding and jumped right in to help. I explained everything that had happened and he said and I quote: you are the client and you should be taken care of! At that moment I knew this was the guy! John got us to close in exactly 2 weeks!!!! 2 weeks!!! We waited months for this “loan officer” and he got it done in 2 weeks!I can’t explain how excited we are! We had been working on this loan since January and all we needed was John! Lol. I will be sending as many people as I can his way because he is the real GOAT! Greenbox loans you have a true gem w this guy! John, you have no idea how much you did for us. For you it might be your norm closing deals all day long lol but for us this is our home, our safe place, the roof over our heads. And for that, we want to say Thank you!

I love that John is always available to answer my calls and replies to emails and text quickly, even as a Regional Sales Manager. Dalila Martinez – Account Manager and Nimfa Dela Pena – Underwriting Manager are well versed in their roles and provide amazing support.
