  Terrible experience. Very unhelpful and uninformative. Left me with more questions than I started with and due to them only having 2 loan officers total you will be waiting a few days to hear back each correspondence. Went to another Credit union and accomplished all my goals. Don’t waste your time here start anywhere else and you will be a lot better off.

  Really impressed with the quick turnaround and work they did on my car loan. Called Thursday and had the money Friday to close on the loan. Melinda was a super loan officer.

  Always a great experience and great customer service willing to help me with whatever I need. My most recent loan, Melinda Ferrio (loan officer) was very helpful and down to earth! She was very efficient and timely. Easy to get a hold of and great with returning calls. Keep up the great work Melinda!!!!

  Awesome credit union and even better customer service. Shout out to Melinda Ferrio for making it such an easy process to get my credit building started! Very polite and great attitude! I’d be glad to recommend her and the credit union to anyone I know!

  I went in to refinance my auto loan with melinda, i went from paying $321 monthly to now paying $198 monthly! If you need to refinance i HIGHLY suggest you go in and talk to melinda! She is hilarious, very professional and sweet as can be! She made this experience wonderful and now i know if i ever need anything in the future this is the bank to go to!

  Melinda was great! Best bank experience I've ever had, helped me out with any question I had and went above and beyond in helping me obtain a credit card. Some body give this woman a raise!

  I love this credit union. I've done my banking at 3 separate banks throughout my life and they are by far the best. Cancelled all my big bank credit cards and closed all my other accounts. GNFCU has alot of cool features on their app and also the Cars Valet app which helps protect your debit card. I highly recommend them if you live in Niagara County.

  Always had great service coming in here, staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I've never had an issue coming here. Easily the best credit union I've ever used!

  I have been a member of GNFCU for 30 plus years and my experience with GN has been nothing but positive. The staff in Niagara Falls has been so accommodating to all my needs and keeps me updated on current promotions that run through the year. I would like to especially thank Mary for her hard work she has provided me with my banking this past year. Keep up the good work.👍

  Just opened up an account today and I was assisted with that by Rachel Malone she was very knowledgeable but also very sweet and pleasant, she is a gem... great personality and hopefully a great place to bank!!!!
