  I became a member about a year ago, and they instantly got me approved for what I needed, and have continued to be there for me when the clock was ticking. I work at a car dealership and I recommend all kinds of customers to them for refinance loans. Thanks GCGU!

  No help with gateway financial knowing where having a pandimic and me and my wife are both out of work. All they want too know is what I can pay today.sad I've had my car over a year think they would give me some kind of lead way with this virus going on and most people out of work, more disappointed then anything

  This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They disabled my automatic payments randomly last year. I get a call from collections 4 or 5 months later saying that I owe $1,000...my credit is shattered, and I barely managed to avoid my car getting repo-ed. I signed up for automatic payments again last month, and noticed a hit to my credit this month. I go on their website (that barely ever works), and I don't see the bank account that I had set up for automatic payments, nor can I see anything saying that I missed a payment. The only way you get this information is when you notice that your credit score is falling. I'm currently working on getting my loan transferred to another bank. Stay away from General Electric Credit Union at all costs!

  Weekly hours are 9A-530P (drive-thru) & 930-530 lobby. Saturday hours are 9A-Noon. Thanks!

  Worst bank ever !!!!!!! I have my money invested for 5 years in a cd account and ended up earring a total of 18 dollars ???? What a joke !!! Don’t ever bank with this company !!!!!!

  Ashley, do you recall what the APR interest rate % was on the account you had with us? Interest rates make all the difference. Perhaps we could have offered you something paying higher dividends.
