      This bank has always been very good to me. They are kind and they even waive overdraft fees if there is a good reason. The staff is understanding and kind and they make you feel like a person, not just customer.

      Closed on Saturday?!??! No notice except on door when I arrived. Not good, disappointed.

      A teller there took the time to help me set up online banking since im techno-slow, he was great! Im very thankful for the help. Also a young banker helped me set up numerous accounts on the spot, she was so fast and her conversation was fascinating! She is a wonderful human which is soo needed these days. Thank you both for a great experience.

      I love Great Western Bank! But this branch in particular is not one I would ever recommend for setting up an account or inquiring on anything. I came in asking about savings account options for my son because we have 3 checking accounts and I wanted something that would benefit him more with interest built and etc. She didn't ask any questions... she didn't answer any questions... she setup a savings account that is EXACTLY like the three checking accounts I already had setup, said thank you and sent us on our way. There have been multiple issues we've had at this branch as far as their lack of customer service. They are uninformative and rude! A lot of people think of West'O as snobby and I've never really seemed to have that issue living there... but this branch definitely fits that profile!
