  Still left in the clouds about my account. Didn't get a valid answer to my question. Was basically told to do the work myself and make sure my account is correct. Have to edit this comment! I just learned/ seen it when I was looking at my online statment. I wasn't aware of this comment being published and I have taken care of this with whom made this comment.   I will never put or store my money with this bank, their unwillingness to support surrounding communities and buildings is horrible and disgusting.

It’s our understanding that the property manager for our business park occasionally gives the nearby school a courtesy call and asks them to remind the students to not park in the designated parking spots. It’s understandable that you thought we had something to do with this, but it sounds like it’s a simple misunderstanding. We hope that you consider removing or editing your review. Thank you
