  We had an auto loan through Great Southern that we paid off. They didn't send us the lien release and now are holding it hostage through some third party vendor that we didn't authorize them to share our information with. Overall very upset with the level of support this company provides.

  Just got off the phone with Veronica, horrible customer service. Tried to rush me off the phone, clearly did not want to speak with me. I wanted to open an account and had multiple questions because I do not have time to come into a branch, and she had little to no tolerance for my questions. Very disappointed, and do not recommend.
