      Amazing banking experience! Every branch is wonderful, but this one is my favorite! All of the tellers are extremely helpful and prompt in their service, the personal banker is always able to answer my questions, and the manager continually goes above and beyond to create an atmosphere of customer centered service. Overall, would highly recommend Great Southern Bank - Creve Coeur.

      Great experience every time I visit. I went in for a simple deposit and these lovely women went above and beyond to make sure all my banking needs were taken care of!

      I have been sitting in the creve coeur branch for 45 min waiting to be helped. Meanwhile the girls behind the counter are chatting about everything under the sun. Apparently, there is only one worker who is able to do anything above and beyond a typical deposit/withdraw. I have watched the girls behind the counter turn away multiple customers because of this one guy being busy. The specialist is opening up an account for a new customer. Meanwhile all I want to do is withdraw all my money and switch banks after this experience. I highly suggest corporate rethink their customer service model.

      I prefer the small town feel and attention I get at this location to the other big banks like Wells-Fargo and Chase.
