  Today was our second closing with Pattie Webster and it was flawless. Yes, the underwriter required a bit more than expected, but Pattie got us the lowest rate locked in early. Everything was able to be done online even the signing of a lot of documents which saved a lot of valuable time running back and forth. Pattie kept us up to date on everything every step of the way. By far, the best!

  The team at Grande are very professional and well educated in the mortgage industry. They make everyone feel like family and they make sure they do whats best for us as borrowers. They keep you in the loop the entire time throughout the loan process.

  Today was my last straw with this company. I started with Lauire Bobrick on Wednesday April 4th sending her the paper work requested, didn't hear nothing back for a whole week so I had to contact her myself Wednesday the 11th and was told that she and the underwriter both hadn't looked my papers over yet and that it would be Monday the 16th at the LATEST. Tuesday the 17th comes and once again, I've heard nothing. I, again, have to get ahold of her, and she tells me the underwriter has still not looked it over so she will do it herself Wednesday and Thursday (18th and 19th). Today is the 21st, guess who I have not heard a word from yet again? Even a simple text to let me know they haven't done it yet would have been better than nothing. This started APRIL 4TH. This company and their service is a joke. They have wasted very valuable time for a home buyer, and you would think a mortgage lender would understand how important the business they are doing can be to the families who come to them. If you are serious about buying a home and would like to be given the time of day, please don't waste your time, find a better company.
