Grand Valley Bank Reviews

Elora Thompson5Grand Valley Bank in Heber is the best. I have worked with many different business and personal accounts with many different banks, but Grand Valley is the best! I can always count on a call back and we always feel like a priority. They are quick to set up new accounts and they are great with answering any and all questions. I would recommend them to everyone. We also love working with Melinda! Great service and a great bank.

Mitch Sullivan5Wow, can't believe I'm the first review for Grand Valley Bank. I love the small town feel of this bank, the staff was more than willing to help me with some banking questions even though I'm not a member. At no time was I pressured to open an account or become a member, they were just willing to help. Steve Hollows invited me into his office, made some phone calls, and printed off paperwork without wanting anything in return. Keep up the great work Grand Valley Bank, and thank you Steve for your assistance.

Derek Ryan1My family held a business account at the Vernal branch for two years. Our business may be “Mom & Pop”, however we are high volume. We have staff that have been with us for over 20 years. We opened a few accounts, that included savings at the Vernal location. We utilized direct deposit and bill pay features. When a family member with a mental illness walked in, three weeks before the Covid pandemic, Vernal management slammed our accounts closed. The sane family members that conduct everyday business were advised, it was due to “Bank Risk”. When we walked into our new bank, we were treated with open arms. Told by the new bank we could have credit products on the spot! Grand Valley management told us “All lending requires collateral”. We miss the relationships we had with tellers and bankers at Grand Valley, even back office and/or accounting. We do NOT miss a disconnected management team, closing accounts and denying credit products from arms length. -DRC

K&Ts LastStop5We would not have opened for business if it were not for Heber Valley Bank. Kevin was awesome to work with and in the end made the loan happen when others could not. Over the years we have always been pleased with the service we have received from Heber Valley Bank. If you want to experience what a home town bank is and what they can do for you, Heber Valley Bank is the place!!
