  Everybody at the UCCU Heber Branch is super helpful. There is almost always someone available to help. There are never long lines (or really any lines), the Member Service Reps are good at making sure you get what you need and want, and not a bunch of random junk you don't want. UCCU in general is an excellent Credit Union with great services.

  Heber branch was incredible and Tracy took care of my auto loan for a private car purchase in no time! Been through this process a few times and had the best experience at this branch.

  Working with UCCU to get an auto loan was smooth, easy, and stress free. The loan Officer I worked with was very knowledgeable and knew how to make all the documents electronically sign able so the person who I was buying a car from didn’t even have to be there. Top notch service. It was way easier than working with the DMV afterwards.

  Learned my lesson about trying to go back to UCCU. I have my car prior to BK. I didn't put my car on my BK I kept it and paid it off. I was told I can get another loan threw them when it's been 3 years discharge. I went in and they said nope it's always been 4 years. Knowing that they won't accept because of it not being 4 year they still ran my credit and denied it. What a joke! Why would you ding someone credit when you already know it denied?!
