  When Rocket Mortgage failed to complete our loan as we applied through them first and trust me when I say that it was such a big mistake as Rocket Mortgage ended up rejecting the application because they wanted it to be an investment property while we already applied for primary residential in the very beginning & they even did the home inspection (not sure why they will waste both our time just to tell us they wanted as investment). My real state lawyer recommended Chris from Grand oaks and As stated we are first time home buyers and this process can be very frustrating but Chris and his team made everything easy and smooth unlike other lenders. There were times when we thought of giving up but Grand Oaks really held our hand the entire way. We are very grateful for Chris and all that he’s done! Will definitely recommended to our family and friends! Love love love Grand Oaks! Thank you Chris!!! We are now home owners and loving our new home!!
