  During this period of record low mortgage rates, we investigated several options for re-financing our current mortgage. We chose Granada Mortgage because they seemed to offer the best combination of rates, terms and services. What really turned out to be a surprise was the quality and speed of processing. Ski Aguad kept us informed on every aspect and step in the process for a hassle free experience. Normally this is a frustrating experience, with multiple delays and requests for additional information, not with Ski. We completed the entire process from our home and in record time.   My husband and I worked with Ski Aguad and he/his team were excellent throughout the home buying process! Ski went out of his way to answer questions as first time home buyers and explained everything thoroughly. He let us know our options for rates and how everything was calculated. We also loved the option to do eClosing online!! As two busy working professionals, my husband and I rarely have time during the workday to leave the office, and we were able to do our entire closing within 15 minutes (leaving time for the rest of our lunch break). Even outside of the pandemic, this was an excellent feature. Couldn’t have asked for a more smooth process for our first time from what I understand is traditionally a very lengthy one. Thank you again Ski and we will definitely mention you to our other Millennial friends as they become home buyers!

  The experience at Capital International Financial was one that I will forever remember, and one that I recommend if you want your transaction to be successful. Clients interest and one on one customer service is hard to find, but the staff is AMAZING and truly walk you through all the steps in getting you approved. Emotions are high, specially when we purchased our new home that took over a year to find and to get a contract after several failed attempts but Capital International always took our best interest into consideration, and at the end we could not be happier with what they delivered! Very grateful for all they did for us and highly recommend Capital International Financial!
