  Caroline and her team were extremely thorough and supportive throughout the entire process. I switched from a different lender to Caroline after getting a glowing reference from a coworker and she definitely lived up to it. Great rates, great experience!

  All in all we had a very positive experience working with GoPrime. They were certainly quick at providing us with an estimate, much more efficient, less complicated, and better (with regard to the loan terms) than any of the local banks. Caroline was extremely helpful in aiding us to navigate all of the loan language (this was our first home purchase), as ours was not the most straight forward of loans. My one suggestion for improvement would be that as we moved toward the end of the process, there were lots of people involved from the GoPrime side of things and it seemed like communication between them could have been better. We were unclear on who exactly was in charge of what and some of our questions would go unanswered in the chaotic multi-person email exchanges. In the end, though, it was all done and done on time and probably about as painless as a painful process can be.

  Could not be better! From start to finish Caroline was awesome and had our best interest in mind. We shopped around with three other lenders mid-way through our home buying process just because we realized we never even looked elsewhere. Prime had better rates, made sure we got the loan that fit our needs, and was more on top of everything in general.

  Five stars for Caroline!! Her assistance in the lending process was amazing! She was very easy to reach, and always very quick to get back to us when we had questions (of which we had a LOT!) if she was not by her phone. She was also extra diligent to find us a way to get financing when others told us we couldn't get it! Thank you, Caroline!!

  I don't have enough nice things to say about Caroline and GoPrime Mortgage. They met every deadline and made everything as easy on us as possible. In fact, they had everything ready to go and approved before each deadline. If we ever buy another house, I will definitely use them again.

  Have not applied for a mortgage loan in over 20 years and am not very tech savvy. At first the application seemed dauntingly complex, but Carolyn and her staff broke the process down into simple steps and guided us every bit of the way.. We were pleased with the process and thought the closing was seamless. We would not hesitate to recommend Carolyn and GoPrime.
