      It's been three months since I was hit by a policy holder with this company and I'm still waiting for a settlement. All communications on the issue up to this point have been initiated by me. I find this kind of lack of service appalling! Absolutely horrible! Will definitely never consider Goodville Mutual for my insurance needs and will warn others as well!!!

      I have been with Goodville Mutual for several years. They are pricey. Recently I was rear ended by a person who did not look in her rear view mirror and it ruined my new Audi grille. She apologized profusely and admitted it was her fault but then lied to her insurance company and said that I drove into her car. My agent did NOTHING to help me with this situation. Look elsewhere for your insurance.

      Had a claim in January. Goodville sets the standard high on all parts of the claim. All parts where reeimburst to the body shop with no problems. I used the online app for the damage assessment and that worked quick and easy. The app did give me some trouble but I called the help desk and the technical problem was quickly solved. Thanks goodville and toy box customs for getting me fixed up.

      Earlier this week my girlfriend was rear ended by one of Goodville Mutual’s customers. They totaled her car, we’re charged with the accident, and the claim has been filed. Our lawyer has informed us that as of this afternoon they have not been able to get ahold of anyone at Goodville Mutual to go over the claim. My beautiful girlfriend has missed work all this week, has internal bleeding, and lost her car! But do these people care? Obviously they don’t, this accident has taken so much out of us and obviously Goodville wants to take more. Whether it’s by skirting paying on a claim or by taking their damn time! I don’t have this company; but if this is how you want someone to be treated if you cause an accident then this is the company for you! Thanks for making a difficult situation even more difficult, Goodville!

      I've had Goodville Mutual for auto and home (or renters) insurance for decades. As I think about it, I realize I've needed their services more than I wish I would have. I've had a claim when a deer jumped in front of me (act of God), another driver T-boned me (his fault), in a renters contents claim, a liability issue at our property and when our roof experienced hail damage. On every occasion they were fair, timely in payment, went to bat for me and kept my "accident forgiveness" when not my fault, provided a loaner vehicle, believed me, gave discounts for "good student," etc. - in every way met and exceeded expectation. Try to "save 15%" elsewhere? Don't believe I really could. Even IF I could, I also don't want 15% or greater of inadequate coverage and the risk of a lot of hassle at a time of need. By the way, my agent (Beiler Insurance in Gap, PA) responds to my e-mails faster than anyone with whom I do business! I'm always amazed.

      Excellent customer service even though we are not a customer anymore. They responded quickly to a claim on a loss that happened while we were still covered through them. Yet, when we submitted the claim we no longer had insurance through them. They still treated us as if we were a current customer.

      The claims team seems to be one of the least capable I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They were told on Monday that i would be in today which is Friday to pick up the check for a total loss. We are not their insured and I'm glad because they somehow were incapable of printing a check between Monday and Friday. Now we're probably going to lose the new vehicle they wanted. Not happy!

      I've now had two auto claims with Goodville - both times, they provided prompt no-nonsense assistance and checks in the mail. I have switched my business liability and workers' compensation coverage over to them as well!

      Amazing service! We had a water leak that got pretty complicated - finding the source and accessing it. They guided us through a process that involved three different contractors and several weeks. The adjuster went above and beyond the expected by helping us sort out the best option, visiting several times to evaluate the situation. Payment was very prompt.
