  Please go elsewhere! The worst people ever to deal with. Especially Kim that sits in the front office. Everyone else is very sweet and helpful. She on the other hand made my car purchasing experience HELL! She is extremely rude and disrespectful. Refuses to ever do whatever her job description is. I literally have to record every conversation I have with her because the LIES through her teeth and has the nastiest attitude ever. I was able to finally push to get someone to give me her boss’ information because if you ask her she “doesn’t know”. Never would I ever do business with them simply because of her! It’s not acceptable for customers to be talked down to, belittled and cursed at. Word of mouth speaks volumes. I will be contacting Amy and everyone possible to report her behavior. This has been the worst year of my life!!!

  If you can go ANYWHERE else, RUN!!!! Even one of those buy here, pay here places. ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Kim is so rude and disrespectful. I do not know how in the world this person still has a job! Especially in customer service! She is the absolute worst! Never have I dealt with someone and been treated so HORRIBLY!!!! I will find something else because I will not be dealing with her! When asked for her manager or to speak with someone else, she refused to give me any information! I'm done with this company!

  I'm wondering who is the manager over this place. I work with dealer track and what they are reporting to the credit bureaus and what they actually report are Fraud then when they pull your vehicle after you miss one payment what a joke. Landers Ford refer people to these people and these vehicles are leased. What a joke please do Bank finance people.

  Because they were looking for someone with the same last name, they kept running my credit! Basically profiling! So now, I have hard inquiries on my credit all bc they assumed that this total stranger was somehow linked to me! I hate it here!

  THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A CAR FROM THEY WILL HAVE YOU PAYING 3 TIMES THE BOOK VALUE OF THE CAR AND LETS NOT MENTION HOW RUDE KIM AND THAT MAN IS... I DO NOT SEE HOW THEY STILL OPEN THE WAY THEY SIT AND THINK THEY CAN TALK TO PEOPLE... I RATHER BUY A CAR OFF BUY SELL AND TRADE THAN TO DEAL WITH A GROUP OF MESS SUCH AS THEM.... RUN RUN RUN

  These people are very unprofessional. If something happens to your vehicle they will not fix it.... And if you fix it they theat to repo while u getting it fix... Very bad people to do business with

  Good place to get a car from. When I’m late they try to give me as much time as possible. I don’t see much wrong with them.

  Do your research, if you can deal with the bank please do so! No one should have to deal with a terrible company with unethical workers.
