  Matt Beeson served as our loan officer. Excellent service from start to closing. Matt provided prompt and educated responses to any questions/concerns we had, even if those questions arose outside of business hours. We were first-time home buyers and Matt's efforts built our confidence and assured us that we recieved the best deal available. We had unique circumstances surrounding our loan (purchased from a relative, remodeled before closing, closed the day before our wedding, etc.), and Matt worked through all of them in a thorough and professional manner. Can't thank Matt and Golden Oak enough - our family is doing great and I believe part of that is because of Matt and the Golden Oak team working diligently to get us in a great first home. We highly recommend them for all of your mortgage needs.
