  I choose to refinance a variable rate mortgage while rates are still pretty low. Chris got my rate locked and the process moving along pretty quickly so I could accomplish just that. He made everything easy, and kept the process running smoothly, I would definitely recommend Chris Poskin to anyone that is looking at obtaining a mortgage. He is professional, courteous, and uses common language or explains things so you can understand the process.

  Ron was fantastic and was extremely helpful and professional. My wife and I where nervous about the whole process. It can be overwhelming for someone that has never done this kinda stuff before. But Ron made the process easy and comfortable. Always willing to ask all my questions and I sure had many. He would even talk to me like we been friends for years and I really enjoyed that connection. Ron even went out of his way to make sure my wife and I got a great rate.
