  My review is singularly based on the ease of using ATMs. There is a drive thru atm and two atms inside the lobby. Making a deposit of 75 or less currency bills is a breeze! And it emailed me a receipt. Impressed with the newest technology ATMs. Note: the Only entrance is one-way on Route 19

  This branch is the worst. They have one person working at any given time. So there is always a wait no matter what point you go there. Most times when you try to call, no one answers, and when they do they make it a point to say they can do nothing to help unless you go in person and then wait. The 800 customer service line is even worse. The reps are rude, you will get transferred more times than you can count. So you go round and round with no results. If you have time to just waste, then this is the place for you, you'll love it. lol

  If you need to deposit cash in person and not into an ATM you're in for a real treat. There is only ever one teller on the staff of 4 in store. So if the teller is busy you could be waiting over 30mins to HAND A BANK MONEY. They literally have 3 employees sitting on tablets at the moment. One guy stands at the door with a tablet like a concierge, directing you to wait in the lobby. This is by far the worst banking experience I've had.

  What is it that you wouldnt listen to the client Bank of America how dare you take the word of a obnouyious stranger that doesn't really know the person that they're talking it's not an joint account that they don't belong to and how can you do that people who are honest people I'm an honest person I've been a valued customer since 2007 and you let some guy walk off the street or some woman come in to your office and say I'm a joint account to this person word. why they say that because they know how to break into your homes use and unlawful badge. Well maybe you'll face charge for listening to them.I expected my pin number the mail found you sent elsewhere .It goes to Mary Delores Kinney 1235 elm st Meadville Pa 16335..NO I AM NOT CLOSEING ACC OF THEM OR YOU JAKE -RENNEA..

  Worst location of a Bank of America that I’ve ever been to in my entire 30 years of banking with Bank of America.
