  I was initially turned down by another lender when my real estate agent suggested I call Sofia. So glad I did. She got me approved for the loan and everything went smoothly from then on. She even tweaked the loan terms a bit at the last minute to help me win the bid for my new home. She and Antonio were so helpful and encouraging through the entire process. It was my first time doing a bridge loan, and I was pretty stressed out. They were knowledgeable, super competent, understanding and sympathetic. I felt like I was working with two friends. I’m loving my new home and so glad I went ahead with the loan.

  Outstanding team - they helped us close on a home in 2 weeks. The daily check-ins were excellent. Expensive service but ultimately gives you an edge in the competitive SF housing market.

  I had a couple of situations where the seller wanted a quick closing in a week otherwise not selling the house to me. Sofia was working around the clock to commit the loan in three days and closed the escrow in the one week window the seller demanded. Loving the homes that I could never be able to buy without Sofia’s help. Sofia is definitely the lady that get things done! Very lucky to have her in my real estate purchases: Sofia is creative, hard working, efficient and committed. Cannot ask more.
