      My father in law has an account. He passed several months ago. My wife has been trying to close the account since. Visit in office, contact on the phone. Letters from her attorney. Nobody at Golden One is able to cash out and close the account. My wife is sole signer of the Trust. And executor-of the estate. Power of Attorney. My wife has supplied all and every document they asked for. FIVE MONTHS and Golden One will not complete this. Just amazing. Maybe our lawyer needs to get involved and then sue Golden One for our legal fees. Update, been another week. Golden One still has not closed the account and issued check for balance. Just F**king amazing!

      Worse Bank EVER always coming up with NEW random charges. Won’t let me into my own account and the rude staff this place is a joke and total trash! Charge for me to pull money out of my savings and charged me for a money order when I’m already a member. The lady was rude! I’m closing my account asap. I would have today but the lady refused to help with my account information after I’ve been in here several times. Let’s not forget they are never open when they say as well. I hate this bank location and the staff this isn’t the first time they’ve been rude.

      Surprise surprise... their systems are down again "for maintenance". But this time on a Monday morning, for hours. No indication when it will be fixed. I am not able transfer my own money to myself. They have inconvenienced or blocked services from me countless times. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

      The new Pierce Avenue location is FAR better with a great staff. I highly recommend it. I just wish there were more San Jose locations.

      It is very annoying when CS does not acknowledge customers. Then the call you "come over here" ATM machine is sucks to use.

      I went to the branch after closing my debit card over the phone (info was stolen, fraud problem) I let the teller know why I was in and that I needed a new card. She gave me a card with the same number and information so I still can't use it. Total waste of time.

      I had a thorny issue I couldn't solve online (creating an account for a minor and linking it to my regular account etc. etc.), so I went into the downtown SJ location. The woman who assisted me (Jackie) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She explained everything she was doing and solved my problem. She then asked me where I had parked and validated my parking (which was good, bc I had totally forgotten about the parking validation). I couldn't have asked for better assistance.

      I'm about tired of this bank, it's literally the only one in the bay and closed at 11? Ah their door says open saturday, their website, etc. It's like someone called in sick and didn't open it.
