daryl howard5The staff here is really friendly and professional, especially Tanya, l believe is her name. Very helpful. Online banking and over the phone I find very difficult, but in this branch it's super easy. The line not so great as it takes a while if it's busy. But good rates and a good staff for sure!

Karla Fajardo1Do Not finance your car with them. They have 0 customer service if you have an issue you try to contact them and they let you on hold for an hour. They just transferred you and no one will help you out. The worst financial credit Union i have ever seen. Please do yourself a favor and don't waist your time with them. You will regret it.

Artak Zatikyan1These people are incompetent in doing a simple task. They ask for documents for an auto loan, and you take it to them. Days later, you call to follow up, and they ask for the same documents. Over and over. I've never dealt with anything worse than this bank. Be careful dealing with them.

Mayra Andrade1This company called my work, when I answered the phone call the person didn’t even bother to introduce herself she only asked for certain person and I had to put her on a brief hold to ask but found out that she had dialed wrong number when I told her she just hung up. I only googled the phone number where this person was calling from to put my review and suggest to train your receptionists- phone operators to at least be more courteous when calling out, you have to do better than that you have people with Bad customer service skills. thank you .

SxC Hulk1Horrible experience with this credit union, every time I try and set up an automatic payment, they'll send me to a one-time payment. Then since I can't set up the automatic they'll send mails saying my payment is late.

Vincent Rock1So after paying off my jeep in full and closing all of my accounts. Golden 1 decides to a still continue to take money from my account and then blame it on my bank. I'm not sure how this is considered legal but I'm not impressed. Then I get attitude on the phone for explaining my situation. I'm not sure how this is considered a bank when they can't even take responsibility for taking my money without any authorization or without me being a member of this institution anymore. This has been a headache for over two months and for some reason they can't stop withdrawing money . I would 100 percent not suggest this institution. On top of all that I closed my accounts in the branch but now they are saying I have accounts open. I havr never seen a more incompetent bank.

G G1The G1 “new or updated” mobile app is horrible. Not user friendly at all. Can’t see available credit on your G1 credit card. Every other bank’s mobile app has this feature. Yet on the G1 mobile app they tell you to go on the online or use a desktop computer?? What’s the point of the mobile app?? The old version was much better. Has G1 forgotten- if something is working DO NOT FIX IT!

He went out of his way to call the corporate office to help me get things straightened out with up my loan. Justin is very professionally , and look forward on using him anytime I come to Golden 1

Ashley Pridemore3Customer service is always helpful when I call, the girls are so nice ❤️ although you guys NEED to work on your APP and your online website. I CAN NEVER login, my passwords never work and I always write them down very carefully. Every feature on the app doesn’t work ever.. this is 2021 and most people use apps to pay bills and this was something that was a make or break for me so I had to discontinue using and close my account because of the dysfunctional app.
