  My Husband and I had a great experience working with the Gold Star team. Rick walked us through our different re-fi options and clearly explained the pros/cons of each which was extremely helpful in our decision making process. Maya's communication and attention to detail was phenomenal. The ops team was fantastic. The whole process was so smooth and FAST! We'd definitely recommend Gold Star and their services to friends and family.

  These guys are a total joke, avoid like the plaque. Guy named Rick answered and has a horrible customer service personality. Extremely unprofessional. Very bad attitude. You have have a ton of choices out there for them to treat people this badly.

  My experience with Gold Star was Amazing. Rick Rucker and Jonathan Stoll were the most professional, dedicated and knowledgeable when working on my loan. The process was very stressful for me, as this was my first mortgage loan and it took place during the COVID-19 shutdown. I felt like giving up numerous times, but Rick and Jon were so resilient and encouraging, which helped me to push forward to the finish line. Today I am a proud homeowner and I wouldn’t have reached this goal if it had not been for the great team of Gold Star in my corner. Overall, I felt safe and confident navigating this process because of the outstanding efforts both Rick and Jon dedicated to my loan process. Thank you guys for a satisfactory experience, that I am eager to brag and tell others about.

  We have had the BEST experience with Gold Star Mortgage thanks to Christina Sanders. This girl is amazing! She made our home buying process take a turn from horrible to relief in just one phone call. Christina spent long hours and late nights on our purchase to make sure we had a flawless close in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough good things about her, she has been nothing but a blessing to us. Choose her..you will not be disappointed!

  My wife and I were first time home buyers. We were nervous about the process and the home buying process can be so stressful. Rick and his team were absolutely amazing during this process. I had so many questions and I think I was difficult to deal with at times due to the stress, but Rick and his team were so patient with us and answered all of our questions. Their communication was very timely as well as I never had to wait around for an answer to a question we had. Like most real estate transactions, there were small bumps along the way (not the lenders fault) but Rick and his team helped us navigate those. Rick helped us understand all of the closing cost and down payment items as well. We were never confused on what we owed or what we needed to bring to the closing table. Customer Service is so important in a stressful transaction like this, Gold Star went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend Gold Star!

  It was my first time buying a house and I felt I was being taken advantage of by the bank I was working with. I was referred to Andrew by a friend and I was extremely satisfied. Not only was Andrew fast and thorough in the process, they were even able to beat the previous banks rate. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home.

  This was not a good experience with the person I talked to. It was a complete waste of time and I was mislead because I would not have ever went through the application process
