  They're usually quick and professional. When I applied for a bank card they helped me out really fast and when I didn't understand something they explained it to me thoroughly. When my wife and I went to apply for card for her the experience was exactly the same, even though it was a different person helping us. Thank you very much for your services and I always recommend this bank to everyone.

  Absolutely the worst bank ever! Put a hold on my check said I would receive in the mail in one to two days and when I didn't recieve it I called and they said first thing Monday morning...called Monday morning and they said Tuesday. Super unprofessional because when they put my check on hold the manage, I'm assuming, came out to the floor with the tellers by her side and started lecturing me like I was a little kid who did something wrong. They could have easily called me to the back to discuss it rather than causing a scene.

  I wouldn't even give it a star, i went in to deposit a check into Someone's account the girl their looked at the personal check as if I had forged the signiture she starting asking all these questions if I trusted who gave me the check and why I only had 1.00 in my account ( which that's my bussines) she made me feel like a criminal very uncomfortable ( I went with my daughter) she even took the check to someone else to look at. I felt so disrespected, the line at the bank was long who knows how many people were looking. I still think she could have handled things differently. I'm cancelling my account never in my life Have I been questioned regarding a check.

  The line for the atm is always so long and there's limited parking

  It takes forever to talk to an agent here. No one greets you or asks how they can help.
