  Called before going asked if they would buy stuff they would buy starting silver they said yes bring it down . We get there walk in and start getting stereotyped I figure because of the tattoos I can't think of anything else. The lady who said to bring it in was with customers so a man approaches us shaking his head no no when he sees the silverware and begins to tell me they don't take it. I told him I talked to the lady and she said bring it down That they do by starting silver for 16 to $17 ounce.. He grabs up silverware takes it to a tester and comes back 20 seconds later saying it's fake it's not real silver I said ya it's 13 silver it's 92% he said no it doesn't show up on my tester and basically brushed us out the door they were totally rude and disrespectful and I wouldn't suggest going there unless your Asian.

  I called prior to visiting this fine establishment and was greeted with what I believe may be the owner and was pleasantly relieved that he was kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly was able to answer the question’s I had asked him. Fast forward to when I finally swung by to check out the place and complete a transaction and was met by the same caliber of warm, customer service that I had come to enjoy over the phone speaking to I believe the owner, he was great in taking care of my questions, and handling business in a professional and wholesome manner that I cannot reccomend enough.

  The owners are very friendly and actually take the time to help you out. I’m super grateful for being able to turn to them for help when I was in a jam and highly recommend them for loans or even selling something. Thank you so much Gold Place for being there for me!!

  The owner is very nice and he gave me 15% instead of 20% in my bad personal reason. Thank you Gold Place!

  Owner is very helpful, and respectful gentleman. Covenant for us to go there but its in walking distance.
