I can't, express enough how GOOD Gold Miners are at getting YOU - the hard working normal person the RIGHT mortgage loan at the right percentage rate, tailored for your specific financial needs. All with the right for you down payment. I looked everywhere and went through 3 mortgage officers all with less than favorable results. Some REALLY pushed for me to get a co signer and said i wasn't possible without it, others had excuses and advice for coming up with MORE money.
