  Gold Coast Funding is one of those few rare businesses that actually do what they say they'll do, and more! Especially in the mortgage business where promises are made but aren't always kept. When Gold Coast says they ”will” close a deal, they do close! Their business model, customer service, and overall way of doing business make every transaction feel seamless to their clients. Joe Spinelli, and his team, have established relationships with almost every local, regional and major bank in the country. No matter how small, big or how complicated a deal is, they have access to mortgage products that other banks don't. I highly recommend Gold Coast Funding for all your real estate mortgage needs.

  I am a first time home buyer and I had tried other banks and I found that Joe Spinelle and his team were the best. Joe was very knowledgeable and patient with me, I had lots of questions. Al Saad was very helpful. Denise walked me through everything. They keep in constant contact with you. They are a very respectful team and I highly recommend them. Thank you GOLD COAST TEAM!!!!

  Joe and his team were super professional when we used their services for purchasing a property in Brooklyn that needed a somewhat non-traditional mortgage. They are very responsive and were always there to help us through the process from beginning to closing. Joe delivers, even when the situation got a bit complicated at times. I would highly recommend GCF and will gladly use them again in the future.

  I am a realtor. Al was the mortgage broker my clients used. I was very impressed with his “can do attitude “. My clients went to him after receiving a mortgage quote from a large bank. He was able to get them a lower rate and was expeditious in obtaining the loan. My clients told me he answered all their questions and constantly kept them updated. Buying a home is a very emotional time for home buyers. It was a pleasure to work with a mortgage broker who made my clients feel at ease and worked hard to meet their needs.

  Wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped me out with my mortgage at Gold Coast Funding.. Made the closing very easy, and all the paperwork was done via email or fax. All of the people who work there were very helpful and considerate, if i ever had a question or issue, someone got back to me asap!!   If you need someone to turn impossible to a reality, you should contact Al Saad. Given my financial situation, type of property, location and short time span, Al sincerely gifted me and my family a miracle. Knowing Gold Coast as a very reputable company, I believe Al is a great asset for them.
