  My experience with Gold Coast Financial met all my expectations and then some! Closing on deals or refinancing your home can be a bit tedious with all the paperwork, emails, and phone calls, but Gold Coast made my experience very pleasant. They answered all my phone calls and emails promptly, and kept me in the loop at all times. I would definitely us them again in the future.   It was truly a great experience working with Brad and Heather. From start to finish, it took a week to do my last refinance.   Gold Coast was a great choice for my home refinancing. After wasting months with another broker , I reached out to Brad and his team was able to quickly provide a solution and present several loan options. I closed on a 30 year fixed rate under 3% and the best part was that it took only 2 weeks to get to the remote closing table. Brad and Heather are fantastic and I would highly recommend Gold Coast to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home!

  I contacted Brad for a Mortgage purchase I needed assistance with. I was in the process of buying a condo that was not FHA approved and I did not want to put a full 20% down. Within a day, Brad had an “out of the box” mortgage idea that would require only 5% down...with the same rate as the FHA Loan & much lower closing costs!! It was a very quick, easy process. No surprises other than how smooth the transaction was from start to finish. Brad is in expert in his field and he delivers like no other! He is the best of the best
