  There are not enough words to describe how amazing Jordan Meyers from Fairway is! Since issuing the loan pre-approval on Sunday[!] to signing the last loan document just four weeks later, he managed to make the stressful experience of buying the house feel almost easy. He got us the most favorable loan rate, expertly guided us through every step of the very complicated process, and made us feel like we were his only client. I was hesitant when my real estate agent, Dana Isaacs, suggested contacting Jordan about mortgage pre-approval on Sunday when we gave an offer on the house, but he came through so quickly and efficiently that after comparing my bank and credit union options with Fairway and, given the same favorable loan rate option, I took a chance to have Jordan working with us on this. Jordan and Dana are in the league of their own when it comes to making complicated process easy. They made an awesome team to make the house buying experience as easy as possible for me. There was no detail trivial enough for Jordan to explain to us, no a sign of pressure when needing to make a choice, and no issue that had a chance to stay unresolved facing Jordan's expert knowledge and endless patience. I feel lucky that I had Jordan working with me closing on the house and highly recommend him!

  It was really a wonderful experience working with Brandon. He was always on top of my case to make sure I have the closing on time, he kept me up to date on the status and never missed to respond to my queries (anytime). Understands very well customers and their personal commitments. I know many folks worked behind the scene but it was Brandon who was always one point of contact and lead the discussions from front for me and made my job easy ,thank you very much Brandon! Starting from pre-approval to closure it took less than a month ( excluding delays from my side)...amazing job ! I would strongly recommend Fairway to all my friends and colleagues and help them to have the similar smooth transition to new home.

  Michelle was so helpful throughout our whole home buying experience! This was our first home, so we had what felt like a never ending stream of questions. Michelle never once made us feel like we were a bother or that our concerns weren't valid. Throughout the process, The Mike Isaacs Mortgage Team was always prompt and courteous. They helped gather all of the necessary documents to ensure our loan was able to close on time. It went off without a hitch!   I was assigned Nate Eberling to work with me on my home loan. He was excellent in spelling everything out so I could understand; the manner in which these types of loans has changed quite a bit since my last home I bought 15 years ago. He was very professional and when I became a little agitated, he would just talk to me and explain what was going on.
