  The Branch Manager Sandy Cline and COO Debbie Beier at GSF mortgage was extremely helpful to move our refinance process smoothly and in a timely manner. Sandy did a great job in explaining things that's not clear. She is very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely customer oriented. She did a great job in getting a good rate and save us some money. We are very happy we did with GSF mortgage and recommend others to refinance or a new mortgage with GSF mortgage and contact Sandy if you planning to refinance the mortgage or any related ones.

  Several months ago I told my credit union that I would be interested in buying a house within a year. I gave myself a little time because I had to work on raising my credit score. My credit union put me in touch with Sandy Cline of GSF. BEST MOVE EVER. Sandy gave me some tips and goals, and away I went. Wait, please don’t think that Sandy ,”Sat back” while I worked on my score. No way. She e-mail me , checked in, and made sure I had no questions. When I thought I was ready I gave Sandy a call and as they say, “ The rest is history”. Though I am 55 years old, I am also a first time homebuyer . Sandy knew that I’d have a lot of questions and she made herself very available. I felt like I was her only client. When Sandy sensed ( in my e-mails) that I was confused or anxious, she would respond with two words. CALL ME. Right away she would ease my mind , redirect me or simply say , “ You’ve got this”. Here I am, sitting in the living room of my own home . We settled on June 15, and I owe it to Sandy, her patience, and GSF.
