  Christian and his team were very thorough, responsive, and helpful all the way through. I was originally going to go with a different broker after shopping around, but when I told Christian my decision, he swooped in and beat the other broker’s offer by a decent chunk. I’m so glad he did that, because the level of service he provided was top notch. For a single first-time homebuyer, Christian and his team really made me feel supported through a very daunting process—and he was able to offer the best deal, too.

  I've been working with Christian Best at Go Magnum for about 6 years now. Recently, my team and I have been working on developments in up and coming areas throughout philadelphia. To market these homes as best we can for our sellers, we came up with a lender incentive strategy, making these homes much more affordable for buyers in these areas. This has allowed me as a listing agent, to convince the buyers' agents to use our preferred lender, Go Magnum, on majority of our listing side deals, which has led to incredibly smooth transactions, where normally, I wouldn't have a say in who the buyer chooses as their lender.
