  I tried 4 other mortgage companies and was denied, so I thought I would never get to build my new house on the property I had already purchased, until I called GMFS and spoke to Trina Cuccia. She took my application and worked with me until I had my closing day. I am so thankful I called her that day and she made everything seem possible and it did. I would recommend Trina and GMFS for a mortgage to everyone.

  Hands down the best morgage team in south Mississippi. I would definitely recommend them 100/10. Love everyone at this office. There is no easier way to buy a home. So be smart, use Gmfs and call Trina and her team now!

  Great people who really care about you and your home buying process. Trina was a blessing to work with and went above and beyond with helping us get a mortgage. We were first time home buyers and they helped educate us on the process. I had a great experience with this lender.

  First Trina is one of the most patient people to work with ever. She took the time to answer a million little questions and guided me through the whole process. The seller was irritated by all the I's that needed dotted and the T's that needed crossed, but Trina stayed the course making sure, I was not rushed and that they process was thorough and complete before we finalized the deal. Linda is a treasure and she made me smile more than she knows. I loved the professionalism and the guidance. I travel extensively on my job and even that did not stop them from helping me achieve my goal. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a loan to work with these 2 ladies at GMFS Mortgage.   I am so thankful for Trina and Linda they are So Dedicated to there career. They both are outstanding they got me into my new forever home with a lot of hard work and dedication. I’m so thankful for them. I could never thank them enough. i love my forever home and it’s all because of them. If i could rate them higher than a 5 i would. Great company and awesome leadership.   Like to say thanks to Trina and her team at GMFS mortgage and Bill the realtor that they hooked us up with helping us get a home . They were quick to get us approved , being this was our first time buying a home they responded quick to any questions we had . Got us a great rate , guided us threw the process .
