  I refinanced my auto loan 18 months ago GM financial still has not reported my account as paid in full to the credit bureau. I bought another car and rolled over the balance of my refinanced loan into my new car, GM financial still has not reported my account as paid in full. My credit score is suffering because of GM financials lack of follow up in reporting my account as paid in full. The company that refinanced my car reported the balance as paid in full in a matter of weeks, not months. I would give GM financial 0 stars if that was possible. I will never do business with Gm financial OR buy a GM car ever. Ever.

  I had a employee wreck my truck. Me and state farm called them to report it and send them the estimated cost. They said they were going to get in touch with my GAP insurance. They never did instead they reported my payments delinquent on the remaining 5k. I have to go threw a ton of loops just to get the info I need from them. Terrible company do not use them.

  Still hitting my credit for something GAP insurance should be covering I'm going to be making payments on the 5k they didn't work with Ally Auto to get off my credit. Basically have to throw away my money after I already purchased GAP insurance so my credit doesn't get completely ruined from GM.

  Same issue with me as previous post. Ended a Chevy Cruze lease and purchased another vehicle through Chevy. I still keep getting harassed with phone calls saying I still owe a past due and my credit is now in danger. Currently on hold fro.. 39 minutes while I requested a supervisor. Again 39 minutes with that stupid song in my head! If I could give zero stars, I would.

  If I could, I wouldn't give them a single star. -0 stars ... they never answer the phone or email anything ... I want to finish paying for my car and they don't even return the call to someone who is their client ... plus you pay and they never report your credit that you have already paid the debt and they put your credit in danger ... I never buy with you again and much less do I recommend it to anyone ... they are not recommended at all ... a very bad service
