  Julian is a great realtor. He sent us about 20 different listings per day and really accommodated everything we asked for. He worked around our schedule to view houses and didn’t pressure us to commit to a place we didn’t like. Once we wanted to put an offer in, he went above and beyond to write us wonderful letters connecting to the sellers. He’s also helped us with all the other parts of the process too, such as having our loans approved. My husband was deployed in the military at the time so it was difficult to view places while he was away, but Julian accommodated that as well. He is a great communicator and made sure everyone was in the loop.

  Husband & I interviewed a few realtors before picking Julian. I saw his ADs and once we met him we decided to go with him because of his ability to answer all our 1,000 questions and being super responsive all the time. This included cleanign the house, arranging the furniture, hiring an interior designer, and the specific angles of the pictures. Even the open houses - we was specific about the lighting, which windows could be open, and what food would be served. He is truly an engineer of marketing and sales when it comes to house sales.
