  My loan officer Nancy was excellent to work with during our loan process. She kept up updated on all progress on the loan and answered all questions quickly that I had. Loan documents were done early in time for closing. This was a no stress experience for me and am thankful for Gershman Mortgage for helping me.

  Tracy was excellent at communicating with us at each step of the home-buying process. As first time home buyers, we didn't 100% know what to expect or what we needed at each point but her team helped us through everything. Not only was her communication and rapport with us excellent, she was incredibly timely. We closed in a much shorter amount of time than I originally thought we'd be able to, which was awesome. I'd highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking to purchase a home!

  Kept us up-to-date on the entire mortgage process, letting us know anything we were waiting on. Was also quick to respond with new numbers when deciding between different houses each with different payment options. Would definitely recommend Justin.

  We worked with Justin. He was awesome to work with. It was a pleasure to work with him because he was very thorough and handled any issue right away. Communication was awesome! It was a stressful process buying a home but having Justin at the helm took away a majority of the stress. Gershman is a great company and I will be using them for all my needs in the future.

  Tracy was awesome to work with! She stayed in constant communication with us regarding our loan and what we needed to do at every step of the way. She answered every question we had. And Tracy even responded to us and reached out to us on weekends with reminders and updates. We had a great experience working with Tracy as well as the whole office.
