Joel-Evan Judge5Wow!!!! I was notified by local PD that my checks had been compromised! Not good! I was upset, and a bit worried when I called the bank! I was connected with Hayden, an awesome guy, who listened to my worries and frustrations. He assured me that by the time I made it to the bank, (20 minutes later), he would have the answers to my questions. Hayden made sure that no other bogus checks had been written, got my account closed, and a new (secure) account opened! Hayden followed up with me the next business day to assure me everything was taken care of! A+++++++++!!!!

Travis Wright1Do NOT bank here! They are fraudulent and conduct business like a mofia family. Only difference is this business is a highly organized criminal society and organized crime group. It’s no wonder Bitcoin Venmo google pay and many other platforms will take over these crime groups. This bank will literally steal the money from your account. Do NOT use this bank please!!! I don’t ever leave reviews but this needs to be put out there so our community can do better!

Nathan Mosier1My experience in trying to close my accounts has been horrible. Hidden fees upon fees, they don't do what they say they will. Do not trust these people with your money. They certainly ensure they make money on you before you leave.

O1Went in without a mask, knew they had some at the front desk. The front desk woman treated me like a leper. Asked me to put on a mask, while both hands are occupied I attempted to hand her the papers I needed to drop off so my hands would be free to put on said mask. She wouldn't take it so I told her my hands are not free, she made me set them down, after I put on said mask, she still wouldn't help me. Had someone else sign, and they didn't take the check attached which is the whole point of the paper she signed saying they got the check. No drive through as well so its not like I could have avoided this situation. Would if I could. Poor customer service!

Ryan Kister1Don't bank here. Thier fraud department loves to find anything they can to lock your card on Friday night so that you can't use your money until Monday. They have NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT after hours. And the fraud department can't do any overrides and its the only 24/7 department. Worthless bank, im finding somewhere else to go on monday.
