  Excellent work. Although it took a day or two longer than originally estimated, the results were well worth the wait. They suggested that one service not be performed because it was not needed (!) - never had that happen at other places. Kept me well informed of what and why while they had the car. I highly recommend this service department. (And when it comes time to get another car, I’ll be buying my 4th from them, too.)

  You can buy a car from many places, but as a single woman, my reccomendation is to ONLY buy from this dealership. Having had 2 very pushy, pressured buying experiences, Im so grateful to have found Ballentine's. Their manager Mark and sales professional Steven are both knowledgeable, assertive without being aggressive and caring. They want to find you the vehicle that best suits your needs. I'm a 15 year Lexus owner who was so impressed with the new Lincoln, i bought one! Kudos to Ford for the amazing safety features, luxury interior comfort and technology they've built into their Lincoln. It appears to me they have been hard at work to build a GREAT car while other brands have been sitting on their name only! Check the new Lincoln out and be sure to ask for Steven because he's got the best combination of product knowledge and customer service out there! Mary McKnight Tobin

  We bought a used vehicle and we have only had two months. Thankfully ford gave us a car to drive around in while they fixed it. They were able to get it all worked out with the warranty company so we didn't have to deal with the hassle.. they also kept us updated on what was happening so we didn't have to wonder.

  I worked with Randy, not Randall ;) He was an excellent person most of all, which made him an excellent 'salesman'. I prefer to work with the people, not the salesmen. Meaning, the people who put the person first. Regardless if you make the sale. Sometimes cars get sold, or things just aren't in stock, or external circumstances arise. Randy helped me a lot. He helped me get the car I wanted. And he had a lot of knowledge which wasn't expected. He went above and beyond to research extra things about the car that his expertise didnt' have off hand, just so he could help me make a better informed decision. I would absolutely recommend Randy to help you find your car too!!! Even if it's not with Ballentine, but I sure hope you find the car you want here!

  Super nice, friendly, top quality purchase and it was a great price. We drove up, test drove (twice) and were out in under three hours, including rebalancing tires. Randy P and Lewis were top notch. Everyone at Ballentine was great. Thanks guys!

  Never really had any issues with this dealership, I needed my factory code read recently on my 2016 Ford explorer and the cost was only $20 so that was a win in my book!
