  We had the pleasure of working with Jerry on our refinance in 2021. I work a crazy sales job and we have two toddlers so I needed someone to really make things easy and break things down in simple terms. Jerry did that and more. He was quick to respond with thorough explanations of the process and what was needed every step of the way. Plus he was able to get us a great rate. I highly recommend him and the rest of his team.

  5 Star customer service! Jerry was the ultimate professional and I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends. Jerry walked me through the process from start to finish and was a true gentleman. Jerry never made me feel funny for asking a lot of questions and that was important. Some people are impatient and want to rush through the process, but not this guy! I can’t say enough how much I trusted GenNext with Jerry representing the firm. I am 110% satisfied and thank you for your transparency and candidness. Trust and integrity are two pillars I also value and use daily as a steward of the company I represent.

  About a year ago we refinanced our home with Jerry. We had a lot of questions about the process. Jerry was always available & answered our questions in a timely fashion. Jerry is very knowledgeable in his profession. Our minds were at ease working with Jerry. He was able to offer us a rate that worked for us. He made the whole process easy.   If your looking to obtain a Mortgage, Jerry is your guy! From the second we spoke to Jerry he treated us like family. He is very knowledgeable and educated us throughout the entire process. If we didn’t know what something meant or we had a question about the process he answered right away. Throughout the entire process he was a gentleman and we are very happy that we went with Jerry and GenNEXT Funding!

  I recommend Gerald and GenNEXT to anyone who is lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with them. Gerald was extremely helpful and professional, going the extra mile for me at all times throughout the process. He was always available to hop on a call, and was constantly reaching out to me to suggest ways we could get the best outcome possible for myself. Between the level of care, professionalism, and expertise, it doesn’t get much better than this.

  Hi I worked with two gentlemen Brian and Jamie Luckner … you couldn’t ask for two better people to work with… although my loan was probably a little challenging Brian never gave up and worked real hard to make everything Go as smooth as possible… both of them always returned phone calls made everything very easy to understand especially with my many many questions…I would highly recommend them to anyone… their job performance was outstanding… I look forward to working with them again sometime in the future…. Very very satisfied they both deserve a five star rating…!!!

  Thank you to Stephanie Breton and the team at Gennext funding for making my cash out refinance experience a smooth and easy one.   I am a first time home buyer and was introduced to Jerry through my broker. I can say, without hesitation, that you will be in excellent hands with Jerry. He spent so much time walking us through every step of the process and took time to make sure I understood every detail. He is enthusiastic about his work and is very transparent, which I appreciated. I never felt like I was being "sold to" or guided in a direction that was not right for me. At one point, I remember asking a question and Jerry and my husband (who is in finance) talked through the answer. After Jerry explained it to my husband, Jerry stopped and said "before we move on - Meg, do you understand that?". I really appreciated that he took the time to make sure everything was fully explained and transparent. You need someone like Jerry on your side, especially if this is your first home. I cannot reccomend Jerry enough.
