  We found Sophia Miller through our agent after a national mortgage lender made a mess in the bed 10 days into the contract. We got started with Geneva with just about 3 weeks to close and covid obstacles trying to thwart us at every turn. Sophia and her crew made every effort to secure our loan and did so just in time. We had a hard deadline to get moved out of another house and even when our new house appraised below value Sophia and crew managed to navigate the changes with ease. She was available at all times and really worked hard to make it happen.

  I can't say enough good things about Sophia Miller. From the beginning to the end of our loan process she was responsive. Every text, phone call, and email was answered quickly, if not immediately. She explained every big and little thing and answered all my questions even if I asked more than once! She is genuine and was a pleasure to work with.
