  Geniva Financial recently helped me and my wife purchase our first home. the experience was made as simple as possible from start to finish. All the documents , signing, and filling out forms could be stressful and confusing if you don't have a good finance company to work with.... Geniva is the company you should use. Holly and her assistant Dana have been more than generous with there time and assistance throughout the process. Evenings , weekends, early morning, or mid day it didn't matter what time or what day it was.. anytime I called with a question they were available. And it wasn't just for the closing on our home that they have been great for. I've been familiar with their company for a few years now and they have helped me on and off for the last couple years years everytime I was considering buying. I know when it comes to a mortgage or refinance etc there are probably a ton of options available but for what it's worth Holly sanders and her assistant Dana over at geniva are the best in the business.
