  Steven was absolutely incredible start to finish. We put in multiple offers on houses, some sight unseen and Steven was so prompt with everything. He drew up multiple offer letters and was quick and efficient. He kept us informed every step of the way and offered us some great advice!   I worked with Steven Patterson for a loan on my new house and despite my immensely complicated situation he made everything so simple and easy to follow! My innumerable questions always got answered – anytime (even weekends!). Whenever I had a question he would offer to do a zoom or phone call and his email responses were always prompt. As a first-time home buyer he made the process so relaxed and explained every step of the way. When I first started looking at homes he created an itemized deduction sheet in mere hours… on a Sunday!! Who could ask for more than that? He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Not only that but he gave me all the details I wanted – no hidden fees or anything of the sort. I would definitely recommend considering them in your home-buying process!

  I've dealt with several lenders and banks over the last year, and not one of them worked as hard as The Mortgage Guy did for us, not even close. Our deal was not the easiest to get done but Steven was there every step of the process and really really went the extra mile. I've come to realize they don't get paid enough for the work they have to put into deals, I'm glad they're there though. He will be my lender for as long as he's in the business. Thanks guys, I very much appreciate both of your efforts into getting us into our new home, and look forward to many more over the years.

  They offer professional services, specially Jamie Bates. She was our agent and I'd strongly recommend her to friends and family. She was always responsive and available for us even after business hours. She went above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and she supported us every step of the way. She professionally handled all complications our situation had and we experienced a smooth process along the way. That said, I believe one her most important strengths is dealing with complicated situations. Again, strongly recommend!
