  First of all everyone at Genco is very nice.... But mainly and overall I appreciate Kim Getro for everything she does for me and my family. We have numerous family members with loans there. She has always been courteous and professional at the same time. We will always do business with Genco....sooo thank you Kim for making our experience great!!!!!

  Kim Getro is AMAZING! She always goes above and beyond when I need something taken care of! She is in high spirts every time I go into Genco. I appreciate her excellent customer service, she is very kind and understanding.

  Mrs. Priscilla is wonderful to work with, every time I go to Genco she gets me in real quick with hardly any waiting time. She is always respectful, kind, understanding and always making me feel welcomed whenever I go visit.

  Monday, January 31st, 2022, the two young ladies working the drive-thru at 5:30 PM, need to be trained to be friendly and given some pointers on customer service. I was there to pay my car note and after sitting there for a while one of the young ladies shoved the drawer out but never said a word to me and then she promptly turned away and went back to the middle window. I put my payment coupon and check inside the drawer only to sit there several more minutes. Finally the girl at the third window came over and pulled the drawer in, took my things out, processed my payment and returned with my receipt, never once saying a word. I am beyond shocked that this is how they treat their customers! Neither one of these young ladies spoke a word to me! I’m just presuming their rudeness and lack of manners is something that once trained properly will make them better employees who work with the public.
